What is the correct volume of fuel @ the carbs?
Is there a way to test the pump?
My sled only runs only on either sprayed into the carbs. And there is gas in the lines entering into the carbs. I know it takes time to prime the carbs. But trust me this is excessive.

A brother had a similar problem. He cleaned the carbs numerous times. The fix? He ended taking the sled to the garage and they soaked the carbs in their magic carb cleaner, and the sled ran fine afterwards.

Have you cleaned the carbs? Is the pulse line from the motor to the pump in good shape? Can you see fuel in the fuel lines?
