Do these increase fuel mileage much on the 700 triple and is there much of a performance difference? Also are they pretty safe to run?I have heard rumors of lean burndowns under certain conditions?I am not sure if it would be incorrect installation or what, any insights would be greatly apreciated. :yam:

My 700 with tempaflow runs well, even when its in the above zere. Thursday was +2 and still pulled 160kmh plus and clean through mid range. One of my best mods. Mileage, i cant say, mine runs light a light switch, throttle on or off.

I just put mine on this year and love it, makes it much more snappy and fun. Just a little worried about lean conditions. Mine is right on the edge.

i put one on my '01 SX 700R with 700 miles. Now it has over 6,000 miles, 3,000 of them were piped and it never hiccupped. Take the time to set it right and it is trouble free. Mileage is a little better than stock, and it really cleans up the throttle on warmer days so you don't have to always be changing jets, or running with a compromised set up.

Swede, I have the one from my '01 SXR for sale. Includes the carb top with fitting installed. $75. Let me know if you're interested.
