Where do you get the book value for sleds? i may get one new one but will not trade-in, i would sell outright before getting nailed by a dealer.
my ride is '99srx and I think about a new one every year but i just can't seem to find something i like THAT much better. I've road rx-1, warrior,f-cat,rev... all are nice but don't seem worth 4-5k +my sled.
i know that the money that i have in add-ons is MOSTLY lost but the suspensions alone retailed for over $3,400(without tax & install).
sled has 3,500 miles (i think).

Well, here's a good indication: 2000 SRX700 with 2200 miles, quite a few goodies sold at $2950 in Michigan.....

I am thinking of parting out the extras that have been added before i sell the sled.
how much is the aftermarket suspensions worth? is 50% of new too high, low, or about average for the following?? '01 M-10 w/fox shocks in the rear & '01 Sno-Tek TK-42 kit w/works shocks in the front.

50% is a little too much maybe 40% or a third, depends on the buyer

Not sure i want to get ride of sled yet. if i do i will post it here first. If i can't get a good price i would keep it as an extra & I would want to keep the m-10.
