I was driving home yesterday from the hospital after being there 11 hours because my dad had to have his pacemaker changed and some smart *** teenager shot my drivers side window out of my car with a wristrocket and ball-bearing 5 houses down from my house. It cost me $100.00 to have fixed and cops can't do anything. This really pisses me off. I would like to grab his little neck but he is under age. There parents could care less. There was only one place the ball bearing could have come from. I had that money set aside for my clutch. I have been getting laid off alot and been pinching pennies for clutch work. If I could be 17 for 1 day. What's up with these parents leaving kids alone and there kids are constantly sneaking out of windows and they have no clue what's going on or just don't care. It's scare me that these people are going to be working class when we will be relying on pensions and stuff.

Gezzzz...that sucks man,, i had one when i was a kid,,damn things are
powerful, they can really do some damage,i was killing rabbits with mine.

:die: kid with the rist rocket

Yes, sling shot

Thats too bad for your window, Iv also seen alot of senseless destruction, and im a teen. Actually 18 on the 4th, so maybe I could run down to Wyandotte MI and kick his A$$! Im a big guy 6'3" and there isnt many people who want to fight with me!

Would small claims court work in this case?, to try and convict the kid?

Also, I hate feeling like the police all they do is stop you to check for insurance, ownership, the whole deal and make a big mess of your ride and they cant keep or do anything to help with that. They fight harder to convict you than to defend you.

So, why dont you just take his parents to small claims court? You cant go after the kid, but you most certainly can do something to make his parents pay.

I am way to small to go kicking ***! but I have learned that EVERYONE has something they love! That little basterd has something he takes care of! EYE FOR AN EYE!

Yes with a 100 deductible. They will work with deductible on windsheild and that's it. My durango windsheild cracked from a chip over the winter. It was only $25

just beat the sh*t out of him and do your time - probably be the most satisfying thing you ever did.

[I know each state is differant but here in KY they passed a law several years back that ANY glass on your vehicle will be replaced by your insurance co no charge no higher fees! The reason? The coal Co's! People would have a winshield broke or something like your deal they would follow a coal truck right down there # call the coal Co. & get a free windshield! Gods honest truth! So the coal Co's used a little power & just made it part of your coverage allin the name of safty! I mean bad glass is DANGEROUS right?!QUOTE=sandmanmike1]Yes with a 100 deductible.
