Ok guys, I have a question for ya...I am sure its been gone over before, but I need to ask. I have a 2002 srx, I mainly use it at a local lake for drag racing. I have 192 piks and chiesels, the suspension is stock except for transfer rods that I have set for full transfer...What do I need to do to get this to hook up?..I hooks up for about 10 feet, spin's hard and hooks up again, I need it to stay planted...I don't trail ride so tell me how to get maximum transfer!....Do I tighten front straps?..If so how far?..What else can be done?.........Thanks for the help, this site is the best, thanks again guys!......... :rocks:

For more presureon the track, lossen you limiter straps. I have mine set to all the way out and it wheelies, but barely, so it isnt that bad, but in your case, with all that power, the straps will make a bigger difference, so loosen them up, and see what you think. If you dont like it, just set them back or try tightening them, which will result in lost wheelie. Most people who drag want to wheelie hard under acceleration so id say go with lossening them off.

BTW, Its really easy to adjust the straps too

also tighent up the preload on ur center shock and lossen the preload on ur rear shock or u also can take that 3 point adjuster the FRA i think its called and set it A or all the way up this makes ur rear shock softer and alows it to compress more easly and alows more weight to transfer.

yea it takes the weight off teh skies and puts it on the track. also its makes center shock longer and alows it to be a higher pivit point.
