I haven't looked at the suspension that close yet, but I am getting new control rods for the Viper and I have to get the upper wheels off to get the control rods off. I have the skid out, how are those wheels easily removed? Are they just pressed on? and if so, how do I get them off?

the carrier wheels are pressed onto the top shaft. If you're lucky and they aren't that tightly seized on there, i have gotten away with putting a piece of 2x4 on the end of the shaft and hitting it hard with a medium sledge. If that doesn't work, get a bolt the same thread as the mounting holes in the shaft. Make sure the bolt is long enough to FULLY bottom out at the bottom of the hole so that it doesn't screw up the threads when you hit it. Hit it good a few times and it should push the shaft through thus popping the wheel off. Then you can just slide the whole shaft through to change the rods. Hope that helps.
