Here are a few pics from this weekends ride in Northwest Michigans Moosejaw trails. Very good on Saturday in spite of warm temps. Trails were mostly very good, south facing slopes were a little dirty. I might have my AC buddy Scott almost turned to Yamaha since he rode the SRX all weekend. I rode the new SXR and it was excellent. Anchored down with good manners on the trail (50 -60 mph when safe to do so) made it really fun to ride through the twistys and many hills in that trail system. Suspension handled the bumps well, I thought. Scott even tried to test the reliability of the SRX by putting 5 gals of DIESEL in it. He stopped before it was too late and spent $30 on 2 gas cans and a siphon at the gas station in Pellston. Some clutching issues on the SXR- I will post these in that Forum. For the guys razzing me about the cover on the way up, you see I got 'em tucked into the covered trailer now!

always loved the look of the sxr, but from a motor standpoint, along with the headlight and gauges, I like the viper better. but I still LOVE the sx/sxr chassis. especially dual bulb with low windshield
