Has anyone ever tried adjusting the stock transfer rods past the recommended adjustment points? I have an 02 Viper set at maximum and still have very weak weight transfer. Still have the stock track, and in the best conditions can barely feel the sled rocking back, ski lift maybe 1 inch. I'm not shooting for crazy wheelies here, I'll be swapping tracks this summer, just trying to find out how to get more transfer in the meantime. Is the adjustment range on aftermarket rods that much better?
Thanks

my understanding is that the limits by yamaha are so that there is no damage to the suspension. ( the limits on gaps allow the max distortion in the paralellogram geometry without excessive loading on components like the front w arm for example)
on the other hand, some have run without the rods at all, but I'm not sure this helps.
you need traction as much as weight transfer.
I balanced weight transfer with steering capability. too much transfer and I would drift out of every corner upon accelereation.
