My mm 700-01 is leaking somewere.it must be leaking when i drive,cause i havent seen any wet spots on my garagefloor.I have seen some coolant at the carburation water shut of,could it be there?thanks

I had the joints in the valve where the hoses connect come right out of the valve body. This was on a 2000 MM and was repaired under Warranty.

there was a recall for those valves but i cant remember what year it was for. there is also a problem with the water pump gear leaking

between and below the mag and center cylinder.

99% sure you will find a bad seal in water pump. Look below your exhaust manifold, and you will see the front of the pum cover. This is kinda a bugger to repair, but nice summer project. I'd pull the motor, but you dont have to---youll probably wish ya did.

check that water pump, heads, carb heaters....if it looks like its leaking, spray some sontact cleaner and then start the machine and bring it up to temp, that will pressurize the system

If the seal is bad,can coolant come into the engine damaging something?thanks
well it can really make the sled run like crap and the antifreeze and water will wreck the bearings
