they are different part numbers, cant figure out why, even the aftermarket stuff states only for v-max style chassis, will not fit srx?

some years different for other reasons other than the motor.

There can be a ton of differences and some of it will interchange. The srx and viper are power valved engines, some sx,sxr, mm and vmax are twins some are tripples. But still alot of chasis parts will interchange. but then again some have short travel shocks trailing arms and such, and will not interchange withh the same model but different year. So basically you need to tell us what you want to cross and we will tell you if it will work. Maxdlx

it wasz suppose tyo finish of saying trailing arms wht is the differnce beetween the 2 sleds trailing arms?

The difference is the SRX caster is 23.5 degrees and the shock bracket angle is 10 degrees. The MM caster is 25.5 degrees and shock bracket angle is 7 degrees.
