I know i'll probably get some crap for this, 'cus not everyone uses their sled like this, but last weekend there was some pretty good snow on the lake, so we made a jump, it's almost 4ft high. The landing needs some serious work, but there just wasn't enough snow, hoping to work on it this weekend. The vid is of one really hard landing i took when i completely overshot the landing. Anyways, here's the vid and pics:

The landing was a lot closer when we first started. It's about 7 feet from the plane of the top of the jump right now, but towards the end of the day, i had a couple of jumps where i landed probably 20-25 feet past the jump. There's supposedly another few inches of snow up there, so this weekend, i'll be spending quite a bit of time making the landing a lot higher, and then smoothing out the jump, it's too harsh of an angle right now, it's more like a quarter pipe than a launch ramp.

Thanks... it's a Bender can.
We made the jump with all the snow we shovelled off for the ice rink, but then ran out of snow for the landing ramp without walking 30 yards to get a shovel full, lol.

ain't that the truth, it's a sad winter when you're scrounging snow off the lake to make jumps.

Make sure you take a good look at your W-Arm after a landing like that.
