My rubber o-ring is bad and none of the dealers around here will have them until mid next week, is there anything else i can do? i dont want to screw it up.
Also when i completely re-assemble the powervalves, do i need to pack the shaft with grease or is it supposed to be clean????

I dont think you would hurt anything by running it with a bad oring on the valve, it'll just make a mess and might be a little down on power. As for reassembly, no grease, just leave them dry. The excess oil going out the exhaust will get in there and lube it in no time. Might want to lightly grease the o-ring though.
