Anybody have any recommendations for Thunder Shift arm weight set-ups for a 98 SRX 600? I am looking for an agressive trail set-up.
The sled was previously set up for drag and doesn't backshift worth a shit. It comes hard right off the line to about 8400rpm and will pull all the way to the top....but can only hit ~7200rpm if I let off and get back on it. Right now, it has 2 brass weights in the middle and tip....not sure on the actual weight of them. The arms I believe is a 39.66g arm. I have a gwg primary spring, g secondary. I'm still unsure about my helix b/c the guy who owned it before me ground off the identification for the helix (probably a cheater)....it is aftermarket and annodized blue, but I have no idea what it is.
Any help in getting this thing back to a trailable version would be great.
Thanks.
ALSO! LOOKING FOR SOME THUNDER SHIFT TUNING WEIGHTS IF YOU HAVE THEM....

Check your power valves and see if some are stuck open.
