When you remove the bowl you will see 2 small black caps that fit into the post the main jet threads into. I know one of the plugs is installed in the center hole, but where does the other one go? Does it plug the hole above the tiny pilot jet or does it go in the other hole? Thanks!!

Bowl up, three little holes on the bottom, plugs go in the center and right hand holes.
Be sure to check the parts catalog. The plugs go in different holes depending upon the year. The parts microfiche have the proper holes listed. You should be able to see the parts catalog at www.yamaha-motor.com
