This is my new set up :: torque limiter (2002 viper)
green secondary 60degree wrap heel clicker 3g heel 3grams tip
nothing in the middle , red primary 48/40 helix.
I like the set up but it seems like the clutch engages at or near 4800 to 5000, is that to high ?

Adding heel weight will bring down engagement & also slightly lower top end rpm,s.

3g in the tip, you must mean the 3.3g button head bolt. It's funny though, I'm running 3.3g in the tip and only 1.2 in the heel and engagement is 4700 to 4800. How new is your belt?

add some to the heel and if it lowers top end then subtract some weight from the tips to get the r's back.

depends on what you are doing with it but 3,800-4,200 is a good range to shoot for for general riding.
