This is my set up ! Would the kit work well with stock weights ? right now i am running a 48/40 helix 3grams heel, 1st hole empty & 3 grams tip with the red primary spring & a green yammie secondary spring at 60 degree twist.
Im very concern that these weights are going to blow up on me ,It seems everywere i turn im getting bad responses on these weights, i dont want them to explode when im 200 miles away from home. I like my set up and seem to be reving at 8500 on top , would i get the same if i switched the heel clikers for the stock weights and left the red primary and green secondary with the 48/40 helix ?

What style Heelclicker are you running? The hammertime weights are the ones that had a problem.

those aren't the weights that blow up, as someone else said it was the hammertime two speed weights that were known to explode when they first came out. Yours are quite reliable and are in use by A LOT of guys. But if you are still worried about them, no you cannot use that red heelclicker spring with your stock weights, it is way too strong.
