Exhaust Manifold Gasket

I need to change the exhaust manifold gasket on my 2001 700 Venture. Any one know the torque specs? Do I torque them with a hot or cold motor? Is there an order to torque these? Do I have to retorque after things have heated up? Thanks.

Tighten to 13 ft/lb then to 19. Work from inside to outside tighten the inside pipe first then the outside pipes, inside bolt then outside bolt.
