wiseco or stock

my srx has 5200 miles on it and i did a compression check and can only get 110 psi out of it.any opinions out there on the wiseco top end kit,it is about 400 canadiian.

I would go with only OEM Pistons for the srx. The OEM's are much better than Wiesco.
If you want an inexpensive solution. I would go with a set of rings...

If you want to do it right, put in a new set of Pistons, Rings, Wrist-pins and Wrist Pin Bearings.

Best go with new pistons and rings yamaha wisco pistons are only good for about 2000--3000 miles.While your at it with the mileage you have better get your cylinders re nicisaled or you will be waisting your money
