Yes yes was not very good but i made it.....trowing rocks off the back just classic. I shit my pants, but i can say that I waterskip superior at copper harbor. The trip was awesome an the 1999 sx 600 put 650 miles in four days no problem. I will post more pics later.....Of course One Polaris broke....

Of course One Polaris broke....

Been there, towed that.

I cant belive you tried running that, seems like you got no run. When I used to run water, id get 120km/h runs at least if I was running considerable water. I always say, "who says yammy cant run water". I am not proud of running water, really stupid now that I look back on it but my sled did just fine crossing over 1000ft of water.

i wish i got a vid of what i did last week. i pulled out on the water at probably 40 and was bounceing uit up and down. belt got wet and i just barely made it bad on the ice.

shit man that looks like a close call to being a submarine oyur lucky your cluthches didn't get wet.The main thing is you lost your wtaer skipping virginity.Congrats!!!!!!!

doesnt look like waterskippin, looks like beach combing. LOL! ski

Yea you definately gotta be on bottom there, more like driving through water.

Yammies don't get enough weight transfer to be good waterskippers...most rookies end up on the bottom, looks like you were smart to head for the beach when you did LOL!

hmmmmmmmmm, dont transfer weight, and dont skip well....

how bout this???? ski

bruce, how'd you get that pic, that's one of our personal photos. hope the speech was about a positive life of snowmobiling...

all three pics are me pre-viper. but the viper does as well on water as the srx warrior project sled. ski

in my opinion the proaction plus is the best to skip with, use a weight tranfer rod elim. kit and got at it, like i said in other threads my buddy would wheelie on the rear wheels only, hes got a 02 mm
