Transfer Rods Hand Adjustable Nuts for 02 Viper

Will these give me any more transfer on my 02 Viper over the nuts already there, or is the only benefit being able to adjust be hand? And is it only one for each side?

I want some because it would be a faster adjustment and the wrenches included with the sled to adjust the stock ones are all stripped out on me just a convinience thing, no more transfer. would have to go aftermarket with a larger adjustment range for that
