I picked this sled up used with a burned up top end, it has 143.8's across the board I think this is too lean.
Any jetting suggestions for 500' - 1500' in elevation
Thanks!

Your gonna need 47.5 pilot ; raise needles 1/2 all the way across & 147.5 mains will keep you safe to -20.

Thanks for the quick reply Turk

Should the jetting be staggered, PTO cylinder & piston are still useable but the Center and Mag pistons & cylinders are toast.
The centre & mag run leanest with those & Bender pipes. You might want to raise needles & extra 1/2 on those 2 cylinders. I have a buds set up at 147.5 right across & his runs great. 8400 rpm is the sweet spot but 8600 is OK on a long lake run. 89L weights with a 2.4 gram rivet, 52/44 helix with green at 70 degree wrap will git-er-done!

More info:
This machine also has V-force reeds, spacers and I plan on doing a 2 layer headgasket mod,
are the above jetting specs still okay?
Also does anyone have the above clutching components available?
Thanks

That jetting still leaves a safety margin. You will get better results posting a separate add under clutch parts wanted!

Turk when I change the pilots to the 47.5's what should my fuel screws be set at? Right now they are 2 1/2 turns out.

Does this mean I need 1 plastic washer on the top and 2 on the bottom of those cylinders and 1 on the top and bottom of the other cylinder?
TIA
