hi! i have an electrical problem. For now, i need to disconnet the headlight relay for my sled to work. when the relay is plugged, the sled dont idle and all the light and tach are not working.. My dealer said that its probably the wiring under the engine.. The relay has been tested and its not the problem..
is it possible to check the wiring under the engine without removing the engine?????

YES DEFINATELY! And this is most likely where your problem lies. Unplug the main wiring harness for the gauge pod and tie a string to the end of it. Fish the harness out behind the engine enough for you to fix the problem area, individually wrap each wire in that area and then put wire loom over the whole thing. Then just grap the string that you tied on the end to fish it back through under the engine. Works like a champ. Good luck.
