Could anyone please tell me what i should do to adjust the secondary clutch, so that the belt is in its correct position in it?

I dont know where the belt should be placed in the sec, or how to adjust this. So please explain in a novice way :)

At the moment i can see approx 2mm of the belt above the sheaves on the sec... Thinking this might be wrong.

Thats almost right. If you remove the secondary, on the backside you will see 3 6mm bolts with 8mm heads. To adjust belt height you either add washers for more height or remove washers for more depth. Hope this helps

Mabie this will help too;

Is there anything special about those washer shims or can you just find some washers that will do the trick? My dealer wants something like $2 apiece for those damn things.

So it is supposed to be even or under the top of the sheave.. ok.. Then i have work to do then.. :) I`ll adjust it when my new helix arrives..

How about the movement of the sec clutch, on the gear shaft? Mine moves approx 4mm in/out, thinking it`s too much? Is there any special shims to reduce this or something?

1.5mm above the sheave is spec.

It's a "floating" design so it's supposed to move some I am not aware of a spec for it except for the 15mm offset from the primary.
edit :1-2 mm is the spec found on the ty.com tech pages

As FYI, if you leave your belt a little higher then sheaves you have ever so slightly better take off and mid range. I have run mine this way for two years and its been fine although it will make a sqeak when idling and warm.
