I need a new track for my 1999 SRX 600. What is the highest lug & stud I can go with on the track without any problems? Would a Ripsaw 121 x 15 x1.5" with studs be a good track to go with?

to run a 1.5 track you will have to remove the tunnel protectors, not good with studs that long, you will have to drop back to 1.25in, by the way, why do you want a track with lugs that tall, I can only guess you want to do more off trail riding, in which case I would not run studs at all. good luck.

I ride mostly in the trails and hard packed snow. What would be a good track for me to buy? Ripsaw 121 x 15 x 1" with studs?

If you ride mostly trails, that that is the track for you. it will let you keep your top speed. the bigger lug tracks will rob a lot of your top end. with the 1.5 track you can't stud, not enough room, you can stud withe 1.25 but it is close and if you only a trail rider, its not worth it.
1 inch ripsaw would be the best of both worlds, or the predator.
