And let me guess...Super Torquer is like zero help if you can even talk to them.
I've been messing around with my 2-speeds all winter and still haven't got them where I want them. (2001 SRX)
If you read the set up sheet that comes with the weights, it sounds like this is a normal issue. I started out with the 40-20's...same problem. They sent me a set of 40-10's and said run them as we send them...worse performance and same problem. I sent the 40-10's back and started working more on the 40-20's. I'm no clutch expert but, I did get the problem of the rpms falling off at high speeds cured. I ground 1.5 grams off the very tip of the weights.
If you do this, be carefull. There isn't much material there. Don't shorten the the roller surface area as the the roller comes close to the end as it is. I took a little off the end and rounded the lower portion around the bolt hole. Just got back yesterday from the UP. Did 300 miles and never once saw the RPM's drop off, held consistently steady all the way up to top speed. Again, these are 40-20's, no weight in the tip or center, 4 grams in the shoulder with a red spring.
I think mrviper700 has been working with these weights. I also think he posted some set up tips in the tech section too. Maybe he will jump in with some more help.
Good luck

I used them yesterday for the first time at a 500ft grass radar run. I didn't have my 50/36 helix yet. So I used the 46/40 I had. I had 40-10's with 5.3 in the heel. nothing in the middle and 5 grams in the tip. I loved them pulled hard hit 8400 rpm's. 83 mph in 500 feet in grass with a ratching track. I know I can pull even more weight than this (62.5 grams). My sled is a 2002 Srx with a 780 kit in it. I was also running there red spring and a yamaha green wrapped to 60.
