I wrore out my stock shocks so I bought a set of short track viper shocks because I thought they would be valved a bit more agressively, anyways I found that when I have the pre load on the springs set up to get the ride hieght and transfer I want the sled is harsh on small bumps yet still bottoms easily on big bumps and landing from small jumps
Just wondering if any one has tried this,if I need different springs or have to have the shocks revalved?
any feed back would be great.

I put a set of these shocks on my 99 MM600 that my son rides. The springs are in about the middle of the adjustment. These are the "stiff" shocks. I was thinking of revalving them but the ride is stiff but not so much that I (he) can't adjust to it. I haven't noticed any bottoming out like you have though.
