i am planning 136" longtrack project this summer, my question is will most tunnel extensions accept the SRX heat exchanger, will little to no modification, those of you who have lontrack'd your SRX lets here from you, and other advice on project.......Reaper

It depends on the extension. The Hartman and MPI kits are tapered to about 2" at the rear and will not handle the OEM srx cooler but will accomodate the 2000 and newer mmax style cooler. The only one that I know will handle the srx cooler is the Maxximum Performance extension as it is not tapered. Checkout posts by Leeko on ty.net, he put the maxxperf extension on his 01 srx and it looks great. SledPro in Newmarket carries some Maxxperf stuff, they might be able to get you the extension and avoid the duty and brokerage fees. Worth a call...toll free 1-877-397-3555.
