Can a worn belt make a sled chug when starting from a stop? If not what should I start with?

yes a worn belt will almost feel like a snapping at a crawl but you should be able to feel it on the belt.

Yes, have a look and see if its missing any teeth.

The carbs are clean and no the belt is not missing any teeth. It is a yami belt but old.
Tis is a freinds 02 Viper we are going to put a new belt on (as soon as his tight a**) goes and gets one. I was just looking for a heads up.
