Anyone have any input/experience with aftermarket Solid Plastic Yamaha Idler Wheels without a rubber outside ? Are they lighter than the O.E.M. aluminum wheels ? Thanks !
After losing a rear inner wheel on my Attak, SEEMS THERE ARE A BUNCH OF BAD WHEELS OUT THERE
I went with the SOLID PLASTIC WHEEL, they will hold up great but they are somewhat noisier. Good for now unless Yamaha comes up with or changes them out for better rubber wheels.
I don't think you will hit the speeds that we see on our four strokes, so those wheels should last you for a very long time

So, true ! Thanks B.H. !
I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think the solids have a replacable bearing, do they? The bearing is molded right into the wheel.
