What is yamaha's best/biggest Twin engine

I want to get a good high performance Big Twin engine to use on my race sled, what's out there I should look for?
only thing i can think of was the Vmax 600 twin at 100HP stock

does it have to be a sled engine? they've got some high output twin watercraft engines.

bender use to make a 600 high perfomance twin kit tfit the vmax twin cases. almost had my hand on one but the guy sold it out from under me after we agreed on a price.

the late 70s SRX 440 was over 100 hp, I think I've heard 115 for the 76

stock 77 SRX440 had 96 HP stock, I have an 80 SRX modded to put out 105 but it has no torque and is a motor meltdown special. Looking for something with more torque and HP with more reliability.
