I'm removing the stock grips and installing hooks with new grips and aftermarket heating elements. Is there a special way to wiring the aftermarket elements? I plan on cutting the stock wires around the handlebars and wiring in the new ones.
I know the stock are wired in series and most aftermarket are parellel. Will this cause any issues if I change it?
Also, does it matter what adhesive I use for the grips? I want to make sure they stay on and won't interfere with the new elements.
TIA

Id use scotts grip glue. My grip came loose and thats what I intend to use, plus, Iv seen it on one of my freinds sled and the glue works really good. Just have to let it solidify and cure for a while.
I already tried hairspray and tape, and that doesnt work with the hard inners of the stock grip.
