Riding an 02 Viper this weekend and getting a low rpm bog bad!! soon as rpm goes beyond 4500 or so runs great, not alot of pull on top end though...
and my engine light keeps blinking irratically then stayed on with the motor signal flashing sometimes ,, pulled the plugs and thay are very dark almost black.. have bender triples and running 167.5 on all!!! WTF

Figure out the codes with the help from the tech section, otherwise it sounds like its just rich, got anyway to lean her out a tiny bit like a tempaflow or a different set of jets?

check ur vent hoses on the carb mine did the same thing one of them had fallen off and i lost alot of performance
trick569: Ignore my last PM and check your powervalves. Like i said, i had the same problem as you have. My PV was so dirty that they had stucked in the cylinder. It took me 3 hours to clean them, but now it feels like a new engine.
