I have a big bore 700 on my vmax twin, clutching is taken care of, rebuilt bottome end is taken care of, reeds,pipe....so what next? twin pipes? give me some ideas

what about carbs(boring)? what should i do for best air flow? any kind setup that will work well with the big bore?

You could just get larger carbs, might save alot more work.
This is besides getting a set of pipes and maybe some TPI air valves.

shave ur head and single layer gasket to bring it to a .055 inch squish.
