OK....so after figuring out that we dont have a "temp" problem on my srx......we're now to the next step.....wiring......we removed the airbox to clean the carbs......removing the coolant lines from the carbs to get them out........once we put everything back together the temp light would flash 7 quick flashes then repeat.....I assumed it was low on coolant from loss of coolant upon removal of the carbs so we bled the system.....the light went off momentarily....but came back on again.......according to the service manual...the code its flashing means there is an incontinuity in the PV servo motor circuit.....here's the problem......my friend unplugged the wiring to remove the airbox.....and we weren't "exactly" sure which wire plugged back into where.......it seems pretty self explanitory however......the TPS wires that come off the carb rack are both unplugged.....and I can't remember if they were unplugged before or not.....I always remember one wire being unplugged but not two........anyone who has a 98-99 srx ...if you could take a look for me and see how your wiring is correlated.....I would appreciate it......unless someone knows how this is supposed to go back together.......I am hoping its just a crossed wire....or maybe one I missed while plugging everything back in.......thanks in advance
