tony, i'd be interested in the n-1's. I installed the new purple spring and found the wieght's are c-1's not n-1's.that spring is real big.engages at4700 - 4800 rpm with 1 shim . i put this in an 1980 thats 20 over; stock otherwise.have to get used to revs. will the n-1's change much?info i found says n-1 is made from c-1; i'm guessing c-1 would be heavier? thanks for your input; srxfreek

SRXFREAK, KEEP THAT ENGAGEMENT RIGHT THERE. MATTER OF FACT, I LIKE TO SEE YA AT 5000. SEE THERE MOTORS MADE NO H.P. UNTIL YOU GET RPM UP. YOU WILL HAVE BOG PROBLEMS IF YA RUN A LOWER ENGAGEMENT. AND NO THE N-1,s WILL NOT CHANGE THIS, THEY WILL AFFECT YOUR SHIFT. THEY ARE A AGRESSIVE WEIGHT. HEY BUY THE WAY, BEEN WORKING ON MY 79 SRX, NOT QUITE MY 80 BUT CLOSE. I NEED SMALL CAPS THAT GOE ON CARB BOWLS FOR ENRICHNER. HAVE A EXTRA SET ? 3:16 (tony)
