i have a 2004 viper and i find that the wear bars only wear out in the front. the middle and the back are still like new. is there any way to shim these so that they wear more evenly. i have thought of shimming the back of the rubber block in the saddle in order to raise the front of the ski. has anyone tried this and if so, how does it affect the handling. i now run shaper bars and find that it really cuts the trail. wouldn't want to ruin the handling.

Do this shim mod to your skis it will help.
works for the wear bars too.
