track question

?????????

I was once told that--taking the studs out and not replacing them would leave your track weaker. The holes put in track cut cords and the studs and backers are what add the integrity back to the track.

My track has been without studs for two years and so far so good. Just out of curiousity srxguy what lake can you find around here to actually ride safely on??

Great sacandaga lake is good. Just watch for ice heaves...I will be at lanzis all day sat!

I've been trying to make it to tug hill. The power outage last weekend put an end to my last plans. Hopefully this weekend I'll get there. I haven't seen sacandaga since jan. I have a camp in wells and saw it on the way up mid jan. I don't trust the ice enough to ride it this year, even with the recent cold temps..I'd like to though.. this winter around here is killin me!

My dad lives In broadalbin, They are riding the lake everyday up there, A bunch of my friends rode it all last weekend and said it was great, I am going up this weekend.

Yes there is a benefit there for Mike Edwards, He had a drag sled go over backwards and crush him. Lanzis in on rt 30 in mayfield. They alwasy have a drag strip plowed and alot of sleds race, plus its a real nice place!
