Has anyone installed front heat exchanger stud protectors on a 97 to 02 sled. I have a 97 600XTC. the protectors have a pin at the top that is suppose to fit in a hole, than the bottom part is riveted in to the underside of the belly pan. Is the hole at the top already there or do I have to drill a new hole?

I believe that they all have the hole in the top. Both of mine do, but maybe not all of them do. All of them that i have NOTICED have the hole
