the 40-10's will work great with the h/x sec and that helix, the hammer times are alot more work to deal with, stick with the 40-10's, what sled is it going into??

try 2.3 bolt with 5 washers,1 lock washer in heel, empty middle, long bolt with 2 washers in tip, red spring, 15.6 rollers, 38 heel x helix and silver secondary spring around 70-80, tight belt deflection.
Good set up
Hey Scott, that is basically the set up that I am running in my stock Viper and it works well. I have had trouble though with that roller secondary wanting to overshift. I had a green in there at 70, 80 and 90 and it just overshifted bad. I tried a silver at 70 and it wasn't any better. I then put in a Bender spring that came in a 02 piped viper clutch kit. I have no idea what it is. The spring is red/orange and it has a lot of side pressure. The tabs are not offset like a Yamaha spring, they are in line like a poo spring. I set it at 9 and 2 and it worked VERY well. I am a "novice" clutcher at best but my opinion is that the roller secondary needs the side pressure to work right. Why don't you give that blue/silver poo spring a try that you're always talking about? Let me know if I can help, I've been playing with that set up all year.
