viper still bogging in deep snow tried diffenernt set ups with the secondary as suggested but it did not change, went with bender helix and springs and also tried stock set up, it seems to be flooding itself in the powder, once i get out it clears up and it is fine, its not ingesting powder i have the pre filters and before i had the pipes done i could run in powder all day with no problems. sled pulls hard on trail and works well but i want to be able to play off trail too, any help would be appreciated.

Yes, PV-700 has the Same symptoms. He is saying its the Exhaust in the deep stuff.... You tried fooling around with the clutchs and still nothign i say its the exhaust... i have rode in "SEMI" pow cuz my sled was busted up all year and i only got to try it in a few dumps of snow. and my MTN viper was not bogging. Only fowling up plugs and burning them ( lean, Rich) those kinda problams but not bogging out in the snow. He tried the Viper mtn deflector but still nothing. i have that on mine and i never had that problam, i really dont know? Maybe you and Powervalve should contact "tim Bender:, from bender racing and tell him your problams.. Tell us what he has told you... if anyone else has these symptoms they can Try what he suggests using... My .02.

If I decide to keep the Viper I might try a custom exhaust that exits through the side of the bellypan. That's the only thing I can think of, would probably look cool too lol.

A Billet Cap 3 holes for the exhaust With 2 Screws weilded Onto it. drill 1 big HOLE the 2 smaller ones for the screws.. it would look Great, and sound Good too
