You should give him a run in the low and mid range,but he will most likely blow by you hard in the top end.I have drove both sleds and thats my experience,this is all assuming you can hook up,cats seem to hook up better than yammi's in many cases.
If your clutching is spot on and you have good traction, you should win. Add reed spacers, rejet and a thin head gasket, no problem. We always won this race from start to finish.
should win, My clutched SX-600r with stopper notches and thin head gasket walks away from a friends ZRT600 UNLESS we have a LONG stretch of trail/lake, from a dead stop it takes him a good 1/2mile + the catch up and slowly go past me.
