Hey guys I'm looking to tear down the Viper this summer down to the tunnel and clean and maintain EVERYTHING! Any suggestion you guys could make would be great in regard to, what to look for and check. How do I get the oil and coolant bottles clean. motor cleaned, clutches, power valves etc. I just want to make sure I don't miss anything while I have her torn down. Doin the head mod and trail porting this year with, hopefully, a new 136" track with tunnel ext. not to mention all the little shit, like grips, rail traction, new sheild and hood straps. Thanks for any input.

Cleaning the bottles is easy, you can even do it when theyre mounted. I just spray tool cleaner on a rag and wipe it all down, does an awsome job and use tool cleaner on everything that it oily, including engine does a mintastic job! Also use on clutches and everythign really.
When you change grips, you will sometimes have to destroy the old ones to get them off because they are stuck on the bars really good.
136" track is the best idea in the world, my buddy has a 700 SX and it is a whole new sled, unbeliveable, and its stock power wise too.
