how serious are you about off trail riding? after going 136" on my viper i think i would like a 144" with tracksusa tipped rail extensions and a 1.5" lug crossover track (no ripsaw!). for a tunnel extension there are a few choices for a 144". they all seem to be good quality so its a matter of preference. but definatly get the tracksusa rail extensions.

do not buy the tracks usa tunnel extension! they do not include hose covers and he doesnt even know anything about it. get the rail extensions though. they are stronger that your rails. as far as performance, i rode a switchback with tipped 144" rails and it performed great! just as maneuverable as my 136" viper.sxblaster said:I want to 144 mine but i dont no how good the tiped rails are.I was wondering if the tracks usa tunnel extentions had hose covers with them .

I put a 136" kit from mpi on my 02 viper a couple of years ago with the set back skid I do mostly trail riding and would not go this route again, I would do just the skid extension. check with mountain performance they helped me out alot!!!
