On my stock viper Head (PTO side) that head has Metal debrie like melted in the top.. is it safe to run this head??? will it blow out, or cause another burn down???? its from the piston top when i burnd down it broke off the edges and got melted or stuck into the top... anyone know if its SAfe to run this?? thanks!

you should be able to heat it up and get the debris off.
i have been told that you can carefully sand it down to normal, but i have never done this...
You must remove all of the sharp edge's. If left in there, they can get red hot and cause detonation.

If its just aluminum stuck in the head, get a sharp scraper and get underneath it and pop it off and clean up the head, if you leave it there, as soon as it gets heat in the cyl. it will fall off.
