looking for a wrecked sled

i'm trying to find a wrecked rx 1 for a friend. he wants to use the front end on his v max 4. if anyone knows of any would you please advise thanks larry

How exactly does he plan to fit an RX-1 front end under a VMax-4? The VMax-4 is T.S.S. while the RX-1 is a double wishbone design. They're two completely different (ie - incompatible) designs.

Are you sure he's not looking for the REAR suspension? You might want to double-check with him before purchasing any parts or he might be REALLY surprised when opens the box.

i'm sure he wants the front end not sure how he plans to attatch it. dont really care he has bought several wrecked sleds and rebuilt them. done some really off the wall stuff but it looks good. he used to be a yamaha tech at bennett motor sports in bangor me. amd before that he had his own sled/cycle shop in brewer.

I would have to see it to believe it. Swapping motors is a far cry from what the OP's friend is proposing to do. I can't see how it would be physically possible to attach just the RX-1 front suspension in place of a TSS.
