I tried runnig a 50mm x 46mm sr 433 carb on my GP, but couldn't get past a burble at high speed. I've been told that these engines will take all that they can get, but it wouldn't take it. Any thoughts?
I switched to a carb that is stamped S292A, and it works pretty good with the muffler, but leans out with a pipe. I'm guessing that the sr 433 carb will work better with the pipe...

I have a carb off a GP292 in my garage. It was on a motor that had a good lower end and I swapped it out. Looks like a tennis ball will fall through it, its so big. Let me know if you are interested.

What is the number on the carb? Any idea what the bore and venturi sizes are in mm?
