Man these things bend soooo easy. I put on a brand new oem trailing arm this year after hitting a snowturtle last year and now the new one has a small buckle in the inside of the arm. The thing is I cant remember hitting anything. Especially not with enough force to do any damage. Who makes good arms. I dont care if they are 200lbs. If I cant find a worthy set I gonna get em made. I didnt even notice the damage. I only saw it by accident. I had the sled at the far end of my shop and when I looked down I noticed that the arm looked bowed and sure enough there is a small buckle on the inside of the arm. Weird spot for it to buckle. Anyway if I can't find a sturdy set I'm going to get a set made and reinforce the footrests where they mount. Some opinoins on the matter would be great.

What about using the replaceable tube style that Fabcraft makes. I am thinking of a set of these for my mm700. You can replace shafts on the fly. They also make different material shafts. carbon fiber/cromoly/aluminum. I was trying to find a set of ekholm ones cause I know a few guys that have had good luck with them. They still bend sometimes but they can be put back into shape cause they are the tube style.

use mountain performance or fabcraft... but you gotta think tho everythings gonna bend its just a matter of time and how hard you ride... if your so sick of bending them id say thats a good enough excuse for you to get a A arm yami eh? maybe the nytro?

That's the nie thing about the tube style. You can bend them back a few times before you have to replace them. They aren't like the squered style when you get a ding in them they are very weak in taht spot.

thats not completly true once you bend somthing it will never have the streght it had before it was bent. i see what you mean about the replaceable style trailing arms and that might be good advice, but the replacments arent cheap ($65.00) for aluminum, and those arms just dont look very stong to me. i would look at CB performance has a good reputaion on this site or nlites.com
