Inconsistent day to day performance? Please help!
On friday my sled ran bad, yesterday it ran like a champ, and after a powder ride today it ran like on friday, rpms falling on acc, not getting the top end that I got yesterday. Is it my stator that is going?

Are you experiencing any big temperature swings? This time of year it can be -0 one day then 45 the next, and that can lead to lean/rich running and a big performance difference.
I have a tempaflow that is supposed to take care of that, but I don't know....
I'm wondering if there's any real way to check the tempaflow to see that its working properly. I've never had one on a sled.
It works to some extent. If you unhook the line that goes to the float bowl lines, the sled does run a little worse.. How would my sled act if the stator was going?

If you're jetted to lean to begin with though a Tempa-flow won't cure that I don't think. Doesn't a Tempa-Flow only lean out the mixture not richen it???
I'm jetted plenty rich. 152-151-151
Why is my sled so inconsistent? Was bad today, couldn't get more than 108 on excellent conditions!
Some days the rpm falls on acc, some days not, thats even if you don't touch a thing!
Works good in some cold days, not as good in other cold days.. Is this electrical or..? Is the tempaflow going haywire (don't know how to spell that)
Please help!

Any chance you got some poor gas or partially clogged jetting or fuel filter??
The jets have been changed many times, but a partially clogget fuel filter is a very good idea!
Found a broken powervalve cable. That could explain it all..

yes it definately could. As far as i am concerned that is the first place to look when an srx or viper doesn't seem like it is making good power.
I thought it might be the tempaflow going haywire at first.. because the sled got a little quicker when I leaned it a little out.. But the reason I didn't check them until now I guess is that the dealers had looked at the valves several times.. I think the reason for why my sled would go super some days was that for some reason (when the cable was just streched but not broken) is that the servo could lift that valve a little and little and then enough to get almost up to the uppermost position. Sled would die a little on acc but have a normal top end. Other times it didn't even have normal top end, (valve partially down). I just hope I didn't twist my crank yet because of this valve malfunctioning. Someone told me that you could twist the crank due to different "pressures" in the cylinders.. but I don't know..
