the ones on the carbs are 1/8 and some of the others down below in there are 3/16.
There we go! Yes the line from the tank to the pump, pump to the crank case, 3/16 inside or out side? I see on ebay a place has some purple 3/8 OD say's it is standard size for many watercraft, sleds, go carts! Thanks!

I think the one from the tank to the pump is 1/4" id and the rest of the fuel lines are 3/16 id - the vent lines may be 1/8"

Kyle,

I went through this last fall with the carb fuel lines and vent lines.
Save yourself a lot of greif and just get the Yamaha OEM fuel lines. I believe the hoses are metric and the 1/8th aren't quite rite. The 1/8" ID fuel lines are a little large and the 3'16" ID are too snug and will have to be cut off if you need to remove the carbs. I suspect this will be the case for the line from the tank as well.

When you order the carb fuel lines only order 2. They come in one legnth even though they are shown as different part numbers on the microfich. I bought 3 and didn't even open the 3rd package. They're long enough to get two lines from the fuel pump to the carbs from one piece.

The OEM lines fit perfectly and are softer than what I was able to find from various hardware stores. The Vent lines are 3/16" ID so I bought those from the local hardware store.

I agree. I had a buddy replace all the lines on his 97 sx this year and he had a lot of trouble getting a size that worked. It was as Bischof said, some tight some too loose. Eventually put the tight ones on i think, but who knows if they will come off without cutting.
