I have a pair on the front of my 97' SX with dual rate springs.
I like them. They were a hell of a lot longer travel than the stockers.

they are very good shocks, but have not been around long enough like ohlins have been in order to give them a real "name", however two problems are that 1) i've heard it takes quite a bit of playin around to get them dialed in correctly because 2) they no longer sell snowmobile shocks. i contacted them awhile back about some shocks and they said they no longer made sled shocks because the atv and off road sectors were too overwhelming and taking off to strong for them to deal with sleds. however, i haven't looked into them lately, but they may be back in them somewhat. but yes, they are pretty good shocks like ohlins, they just don't have the years under there belt in our field like ohlins.

I believe it was snowtech that installed a set on a yamaha. They said that the initial setup was way off, but with many calls to elka and some different springs they eventually got them dialed in and they said they were very impressed.
